I have a practical people centered approach to wedding photography. Your photos are one of the only things that last beyond just that special day and become a monument to the life that you chose to build together as a couple. It’s the people in our lives who support us and celebrate with us that make the moment and the occasion so special. It is important to me, as your wedding photographer, to make them (and you!) the focus of the photography. I have an organized journalistic approached which helps you get the best of both worlds of stylized photography: The story of the day, told as the journey unfolds, and yet also intentional guidance around the important aspects of the celebration and the relationships represented there.
If you’re overwhelmed, don’t worry! I meet with all my clients in advance and work as a team with them to understand what is important to them on the big day, how best to prepare ahead of time, and feel as relaxed as possible during the day of.
